What to do next
How it works
You start with one blank A4 portrait page. Use the Text tool and click the page to add text, and add images, signatures and shapes the same way. Below the page list, pick a paper size and click Add page to insert a blank page after the current one.
Upload an existing PDF to use it as the starting point. When you are done, click Download.
Things to know
Text is stored as an image and cannot be selected or searched. If you need a searchable document, make it in a word processor and export to PDF. Your work disappears when you close the page, so download as you go.
Frequently asked questions
Which page sizes are available?
A4 portrait, A4 landscape and Letter. Pages in one document can have different sizes.
Can I write long documents like in a word processor?
This tool places text boxes where you click, so it suits notices, cover pages and simple forms rather than long documents. For long text, write it in a word processor and save as PDF.
Can I select or search the text I add later?
No. To keep the file small, text is added as a high-resolution image instead of an embedded font. It looks sharp on screen and in print, but it cannot be selected or searched.
Does my file get uploaded to a server?
No. Opening, editing and saving all happen inside this browser. The file is never sent over the network, and it is gone when you close the page, so click Download to keep it.
