1. What these terms cover

These terms set the conditions for using the Motifly website and tools (the "service") and the basic rights and duties between you and the operator, Judahs (the "operator" or "we").

2. Definitions

  1. The "service" is the file conversion tools and the web pages that go with them, provided under the Motifly name at motifly.io/en. The same account also works on the Korean site at motifly.io.
  2. A "user" is anyone who visits and uses the service, with or without an account.
  3. A "member" is a user who has created an account with Google, Naver, or an email address and password.
  4. "User content" is anything you upload to the service: your profile picture, messages you send on the contact page, and on the Korean site your poll answers and reasons.

3. Changes to these terms

  1. We post the current terms and their effective date on this page.
  2. We may change these terms within the limits of the law. We announce changes on this page and in the service at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that are important or work against you.
  3. Changed terms apply from their effective date. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

4. What the service is

  1. We provide the features that are actually shown on the site. Nothing on the English site requires payment. If we introduce paid features, we will state the price, scope and refund terms on a separate page and in these terms first.
  2. You can use the tools and view results without an account. Downloading a result requires signing in.
  3. Features such as reward points or paid items described on the Korean site do not apply to the English site.
  4. The service may be interrupted or changed for maintenance, outages, security, problems at an outside provider, or other technical reasons. We give notice in the service when we can.
  5. We may add, change or remove features.

5. Your account

  1. You can sign up with Google, Naver, or an email address and password. Email sign-up is complete once you enter the verification code we send you. At your first sign-in you enter your birth year (gender is optional) and accept these terms and the privacy policy, and your account is created. You must be 13 or older. The same email address signed in through different methods counts as separate accounts.
  2. You must give accurate information. Do not share your sign-in method with others or use someone else's account.
  3. If something is wrong with your sign-in provider or your account, tell us on the contact page.
  4. How we handle your account data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Closing your account and restrictions

  1. You can delete your account from My account or by asking on the contact page. What is deleted and what remains is described in the privacy policy.
  2. If you break the law, these terms or someone else's rights, or seriously harm the security or operation of the service, we may restrict features or suspend your account as far as needed.
  3. When we restrict an account we explain the reason and how to appeal, as far as we can.

7. Using the results

  1. Conversion results depend on the original file, its format, encryption or damage, and your browser's support and settings. Open important results and check them, and keep your original file.
  2. Any figures, dates or other values a tool produces are estimates based on what you entered and the rules shown on the page. They are not professional advice of any kind, including legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not replace an official document or a decision by an authority.
  3. Only upload or convert files and information that you own or have the right to process.

8. What you may not do

  1. Use someone else's account, credentials or personal information without permission
  2. Interfere with the normal operation of the service or exploit a vulnerability
  3. Upload malware, illegal material, or files and images that infringe someone else's rights
  4. Impersonate others, or post hateful, harassing or threatening content as a profile picture or in a message
  5. Use the service to break the law or cause harm to others
  6. Send automated bulk requests or otherwise degrade the service's stability or other users' experience

9. Intellectual property and user content

  1. The service's name, logo, screens, software, descriptions and the materials we created belong to the operator or their rightful owners. Materials marked with their own license, such as open source software, follow the stated terms.
  2. Do not copy, distribute or sell our content beyond what using the service requires, and do not remove rights notices. Files you produce with the tools are yours to use freely.
  3. User content remains yours. You give us permission to store and display it to the extent needed to run the service, show it, and compile statistics.

10. Outside services and advertising

  1. Parts of the service, such as sign-in, analytics and hosting, use outside providers, and their policies also apply to that use.
  2. The service may show ads or affiliate links. Where an affiliate relationship exists we mark it clearly. Any transaction with an advertiser or partner is between you and them.
  3. Links to outside sites are for convenience. We do not vouch for their content, security, transactions or privacy practices.

11. Accuracy, availability and liability

  1. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always available.
  2. You check the results and use them at your own judgment and risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using the service or by being unable to use it. This does not exclude liability that the law does not let us exclude, such as for our intent or gross negligence.
  3. Nothing in this section limits rights that consumer protection law guarantees you.

12. Privacy

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, your rights and how to reach us are in the privacy policy.

13. Contact and disputes

Questions about the service go to the contact page or contact@motifly.io. We answer messages in good faith.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the service are brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory rules that protect you as a consumer take precedence.

14. Effective date

These terms take effect on 2026-10-19.
