Fill in what you need. The preview updates as you type.

Any day in the week. The chart shows the first day of that week.

One per line: chore | who. Leave the name off for a shared chore. Empty uses the list in the placeholder.

What you type is not saved on our server.

One chart for the whole family

Put every chore on one page with the name next to it so nobody has to look at several charts. For a chart per child, use the kids chore chart instead.

How to use it

List the chores one per line with the name of the person after a vertical bar. The chart prints the chore, who does it and a check box for each day Monday to Sunday (or Sunday to Saturday). Add a week date so each printed copy is tied to a week.

The Excel file has the same rows with an x dropdown per day and a Done count at the end. Download it when you want to keep a running record instead of a fresh paper copy each week.

Things to watch

Keep to 8 to 12 chores and put the daily ones first. If a chore is not done every day, write the days in the chore name, such as Take out the trash (Tue, Fri), so an empty box is not read as a miss.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference from the kids chore chart?

This one has a Who column so the whole family fits on one page. The kids chore chart is one child per page with a reward line.

Can I leave the Who column empty?

Yes. Leave the name off a line and the column prints empty for that chore, which works for shared chores like making the beds.

Does it print on one page?

Yes when you keep to about 12 rows. Grids with more than seven columns print landscape. If the preview shows two pages, remove a few rows or shorten the labels.

Is what I type saved anywhere?

No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
