This shows the first part of each sheet as it prints on Letter paper. The file also has a how-to sheet and formulas, and every column fits one page width when you print from Excel.
How to use it
Pick the start week, how many weeks and how many subject rows you want. Each week gets its own sheet. Type a goal in hours for every subject, then fill in the hours you studied in the Monday to Sunday columns as you go. The studied total and the progress percentage are formulas, and the Done dropdown lets you check a subject off for the week.
With several weeks, the Weekly summary sheet shows goal, hours studied, progress and subjects done for every week on one page, so you can see whether the plan is holding.
Things to watch
Type hours as numbers only: 1.5, not 1h 30m, or the totals stop adding. Clear the gray example row before you start, since its numbers are counted. Subjects come from the Week 1 sheet, so change them there if you want the change on every week.

Frequently asked questions
How do I set it up for finals?
Pick the Monday four weeks before the exam as the start week and choose 4 weeks. Raise the goal hours a little each week as the exam gets closer.
Can I use it as a daily schedule?
This planner tracks hours per subject per week. For a timetable with class periods and rooms, the class schedule template is the better fit.
Can I change a subject partway through?
Change it on the Week 1 sheet and every week updates. To change it for one week only, type over the subject cell on that week's sheet.
Is what I type saved anywhere?
No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
