The booked length. You get a warning when the items add up to more.

One item per line. Split the cells with a vertical bar. Minutes is a whole number.

What you type is not saved on our server.

Send it the day before

An agenda works when people read it before the meeting. Send it at least a day ahead with the pre-reads attached, and put the decision items near the start while attention is high.

How to use it

Type the meeting details and the start time, then list the items as item | owner | minutes, one per line. The table numbers them, totals the minutes and works out roughly when the meeting ends. Put the objective in one sentence so everyone knows what a good meeting looks like.

Pre-reads and decisions needed print in boxes under the table. The parking lot box stays empty on purpose: it is where off-topic points go during the meeting so they are not lost. After the meeting, copy the items into the meeting minutes template and record what was decided.

Things to watch

If the items add up to more than the booked time, the preview warns you. Cut an item rather than squeezing every slot; the last items on a crowded agenda rarely get real attention. Give each item an owner, not a group, so someone prepares it.

Frequently asked questions

How is the end time calculated?

Start time plus the sum of the minutes in the agenda table. If no item has minutes, the meeting length you typed is used instead. It is a guide, not a promise.

Can I use it for a recurring team meeting?

Yes. Fill in the standing items once and use the sample button or your browser's back button to reuse them. Change the date, the pre-reads and the decisions each week.

What goes in the parking lot?

Questions and ideas that come up but are not on the agenda. Write them down, keep the meeting on track, and decide at the end whether each one needs a follow-up or its own meeting.

Is what I type saved anywhere?

No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
