Fill in what you need. The preview updates as you type.

One task per line. A bare number in the status cell becomes a percentage.

Separate labels with commas, left to right. Leave empty for Prepared by, Reviewed by, Approved by.

What you type is not saved on our server.

Short, and the same shape every day

A daily report works because it is consistent, not because it is long. Write tasks as results, and in the blockers box say who you need something from so the reader can act on it.

How to use it

Type each task on its own line as "task | status | notes". A status typed as a number becomes a percentage; words like Done or Waiting print as typed. For unfinished work, put where you stopped in the notes cell so tomorrow's report can pick up from there. Tomorrow's plan is one item per line, most important first.

The sign-off box defaults to one, for your manager. Set it to None if the report goes out by email or into a shared document.

Things to watch

Daily reports often double as a work record, so write what actually happened. Keep customer names and account details to what the reader needs; an account nickname is usually enough.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a daily report and a work log?

A work log is a running record you keep for yourself, usually in a spreadsheet. A daily report goes to your manager with the day's results and tomorrow's plan. If you want a day-by-day spreadsheet, the daily work log template is the one to use.

Do I have to use percentages for status?

No. A bare number gets a percent sign, but Done, In progress or Waiting print exactly as you type them.

How many sign-off boxes do I need?

Match your company's approval chain. A small team often uses one box for the manager. Larger companies add Reviewed by and Approved by. Pick None if approvals happen by email and you only need the body of the form.

Is what I type saved anywhere?

No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
