This shows the first part of each sheet as it prints on Letter paper. The file also has a how-to sheet and formulas, and every column fits one page width when you print from Excel.
How to use it
Pick how many periods your day has, how long a class runs and when the first bell rings. You get a Monday to Friday grid with a subject line and a room line for every period, which is handy when you move between rooms or want the teacher's name next to the class.
The start and end times are formulas. Under the table there are yellow cells for the first bell, class length, passing time, lunch length and the period lunch follows. Change a number there and every period time shifts with it.
Things to watch
The defaults are a typical US bell schedule, not your school's. If you have block days, early release or an advisory period that breaks the pattern, type over the time cells for those rows. Google Sheets opens the file and the formulas work as they are.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use it for college classes?
Yes. Set the class length to 50 or 55 minutes and type the building and room on the room line. For 75 minute classes, change the class length cell under the table to 75.
Lunch comes after period 5 at my school.
Change the lunch after period cell under the table from 4 to 5. Period 6 onward moves later by the lunch break.
Can I color each subject?
Yes. Select the cells in Excel or Google Sheets and change the fill color. Conditional formatting can color every cell that contains the same subject at once.
Is what I type saved anywhere?
No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
