What to do next
How it works
Add a PDF and pick a mode. Every page gives you one file per page. Page ranges gives you one file per range you type. Extract pages gathers the pages you list into a single file.
Use it to send only the signature page of a contract, pull your section out of a long report, or cut a document under 100 pages before converting it to JPG.
Things to know
Bookmarks, form fields and annotations can be partly lost depending on how the original was built.
Password-protected PDFs cannot be opened. Remove the password and save first, then add the file.
Frequently asked questions
I only need one page.
Choose Extract pages and type the page number, for example 5. To gather several pages into one file, type something like 1, 3, 7-9.
What is the difference between Page ranges and Extract pages?
With Page ranges, typing 1-3, 4-6 gives you two files. With Extract pages, the same input gives you one file holding pages 1 through 6.
Can I change the page order while extracting?
Pages go in the order you type them. 7-9, 1-3 puts pages 7 to 9 first (Extract pages mode).
Do my files get uploaded anywhere?
No. Splitting happens entirely inside your browser.
