This shows the first part of each sheet as it prints on Letter paper. The file also has a how-to sheet and formulas, and every column fits one page width when you print from Excel.

How to use it

Pick the week, the time slot and the hours you want to cover. The Week sheet runs Monday to Sunday with the dates in the header, and you type each plan in the cell where the time and the day meet. Half-hour slots suit a study plan; one-hour slots are easier for everyday use.

The Goals and to-dos sheet holds this week's goals and tasks that do not belong in a time slot. Pick Done when something is finished and the count at the top updates.

Things to watch

The Week sheet is set to print on a Letter page in landscape. Half-hour slots from 6 AM to midnight make a lot of rows and small print, so for a paper copy pick one-hour slots or a shorter range.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use it as a study planner?

Yes. Pick 7 AM to 11 PM with 30-minute slots and split subjects across the cells. Put the chapters you want to finish on the Goals and to-dos sheet.

I do not need the weekend.

Hide or delete the Saturday and Sunday columns. There are no formulas on the Week sheet, so nothing breaks.

Can I keep several weeks in one file?

Copy the Week sheet for the next week and change the dates in the header. Or make a new file from the next week.

Is what I type saved anywhere?

No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
