How to use it
Pick the wedding date and you get 41 tasks from booking the venue a year out to sending thank-you notes afterward. Every due date is a formula off the date at the top, so a date change means editing one cell.
Type a budget and the actual cost on each line and the totals and budget left update. Open it in Google Sheets to share with your partner so each of you can check off what you own.
Things to watch
The timeline is a common order, not a rule; venue availability and a shorter engagement move things around. Marriage license waiting periods, validity and who files it after the ceremony differ by state and county, so confirm with the county clerk.

How should I split the budget?
Put each cost on the task it belongs to. Start with the venue, catering, photography and the honeymoon, then use Budget left to size the rest.

This file is for the timeline and budget. Use the wedding gift log for who gave what and whether the thank-you note went out.
Is what I type saved anywhere?
No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
