How to use it
Leave the tasks empty and print a blank list: three lines for the top priorities of the day, 20 rows with a check box, a priority column and a due column, and a notes box. Or type the tasks one per line, with A, B or C in front for the priority and a date after a vertical bar, and print a filled list.
Print a stack on Sunday and fill one each morning. For a list several people share, with owners and a completion count, use the checklist spreadsheet instead.
Things to watch
Put only three things in Top 3 and do them before the rest. A is for what must happen today, B for this week, C for when there is time. Carry unfinished A tasks to tomorrow's list by hand so they are not lost.

What do A, B and C mean?
A = must be done today, B = should be done this week, C = nice to do. Type the letter and a space before the task, such as A Call the bank. A line without a letter prints with an empty priority cell.
Can I print it blank?
Yes. Leave the tasks and top 3 empty. The list prints with 20 empty rows and blank lines for the top three.
How do I type the due date?
Anything after the vertical bar prints as typed, such as | Fri or | 10/15. A full date like 2026-10-15 prints as Oct 15, 2026.
Is what I type saved anywhere?
No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
