This shows the first part of each sheet as it prints on Letter paper. The file also has a how-to sheet and formulas, and every column fits one page width when you print from Excel.
How to use it
Pick a start date, the length and how many rows you want per day. The sheet comes with the date and weekday filled in, so you only type the time, what, where and anything to bring. The Bring column is handy for checking the night before.
For a family or team schedule, put the person's name in Notes. Printed, the sheet fits the width of a Letter page in landscape.
Things to watch
The Date column holds real Excel dates, so sorting and filtering work. If you retype a date as text the sort order can break, so leave the format alone. When the period ends, make a new file from the next start date.

Frequently asked questions
I need more than a month.
Make a one-month file and then another one starting the next day, and copy the sheet across. Or copy the last date row and change the dates by hand.
Can I import it into Google Calendar?
Not directly, this is a table. It is made for sharing in Google Sheets or printing. Google Calendar's CSV import needs its own column layout.
What if a day has more events than rows?
Pick 3 rows per day, or copy that date's row in the file and insert it right below.
Is what I type saved anywhere?
No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
