- Calendar (for example October): Sunday to Saturday, 5 or 6 weeks, a date row plus note rows for each week
- Goals: type (goal, to do, event), what, day of month, done, notes, plus done / total

This shows the first part of each sheet as it prints on Letter paper. The file also has a how-to sheet and formulas, and every column fits one page width when you print from Excel.
How to use it
Pick a month and you get a calendar grid from Sunday to Saturday with the dates filled in. Type plans and tasks in the yellow cells under each date. If you write a lot per day, pick 4 note rows.
The Goals sheet holds the month's goals, tasks and events such as birthdays. Pick Done when one is finished and the count at the top updates.
Things to watch
Holidays are not marked. If you plan to print the calendar and pin it up, 2 or 3 note rows fit a Letter page in landscape; 4 rows may spill onto a second page.

Frequently asked questions
Can the week start on Monday?
The calendar starts on Sunday. For a Monday start, cut the Sunday column, paste it on the right and shift the date rows by one cell.
Can I make a whole year at once?
One month per file. Make each month and move the sheets into one workbook if you want them together.
Are holidays shown?
No. Type them under the date yourself.
Is what I type saved anywhere?
No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
