How to use it

Type the event, the date and the place, pick how many rows you want per page and print as many pages as you expect guests. The column headings repeat on each page, so pages can go straight into a binder or be bound after the event.

Fifteen rows give guests room for a sentence or two. For a visitor log or a sign-in sheet at a store or an exhibit, twenty-five rows and the email column make more sense. Change the title to Sign-in Sheet or Visitor Log and the layout stays the same.

Things to watch

Put a good pen on a string next to the book, and a sample line at the top of the first page so the first guest knows what to write. Leave the email column off unless you have a reason to contact people afterward.
