How to use it
List each task with how often it recurs and the day it is done. The page groups the tasks under Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Seasonal headings, each with a day column and a check box. Leave the tasks empty to start from a 14-task preset that covers kitchen, bathrooms, floors and laundry on one page; type Seasonal lines (windows, gutters) to add that group.
The Excel file keeps everything in one list with dropdowns for frequency and done, a Who column and a done / total count, so you can sort by day or by person. Use the room-by-room cleaning checklist when you plan a deep clean or a move-out instead of a routine.
Things to watch
A schedule works when each day has a small, fixed job. If the weekly list has more than seven tasks, pair two short ones on the same day rather than adding a second weekday.

Frequently asked questions
How do I assign tasks to people?
In the printed version, put the name in the day column (Sat, Sam) or in the task name. The Excel file has a Who column.
What goes under Seasonal?
Jobs you do a few times a year: windows outside, gutters, the HVAC filter, carpets. Write the season or the interval in the day column, such as Spring and fall or Every 3 months.
Does it print on one page?
Yes when you keep to about 12 rows. Grids with more than seven columns print landscape. If the preview shows two pages, remove a few rows or shorten the labels.
Is what I type saved anywhere?
No. Everything stays in your browser and nothing is sent to our server. If you refresh the page it is gone, so print, save a PDF or download the DOCX when you are done.
